dear all

sorry for the lack of entries these past few wks

its cos of EXAMS!! argh *pull hair of other pple*

im so stresssseddddd sadzzz..

we learn stuff like :" the chorda tympani (from facial nerve) joins up with the lingual nerve (from mandibular br of trigeminal nerve) to supply preganglionic parasympathetic secretomotor fibres to the submandibular gland"

or :" the pteryogomaxillary fissure opens into the pterygopalatine fossa"

or :" paralysis to the 5 branches of the cranial nerve 7 ( temporal, zygomatic, buccal, maxillary and cervical) results in facial paralysis clinically manifested as drooping of the lower eyelid and lateral angle of mouth

or : " the external carotid artery divides into the following branches...superior thyroid, facial, lingual, maxillary, superficial temporal , ascending pharyngeal ,posterior auricular and occipital arteries"

and this is only a small SMALL portion of ONE subject that we nid to memorize....argh
